ESSI Payroll Email

Terms of Service

ESSI Payroll Email is an official departmental feature of the ESSI HR & Payroll Management System for authorised Employees Social Security Institution (ESSI), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa operations.

Authorised use

Operational access is restricted to authorised ESSI personnel and approved departmental accounts. Users must use the system only for official payroll administration, approved salary-statement delivery, delivery reconciliation, audit, and related authorised duties.

Departmental mailbox connection

The approved department-controlled mailbox is used only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. The system uses encrypted SMTP for submission and read-only IMAP for delivery reconciliation. Users must not connect personal or unauthorised mailboxes to the production payroll system.

Payroll information

Salary statements and other payroll records are confidential official records. Public information pages do not provide access to those records. Operational users remain responsible for following ESSI access-control, payroll, confidentiality, records-management and information-security requirements.

Availability and changes

ESSI may update, suspend or replace this integration when required for security, policy, operational or technical reasons. Material changes affecting mailbox-data handling will be reflected in the published Privacy Policy.
